Jason M. HIll MBA, PMP, CSM

Founder/ CEO

Jason M. Hill is an accomplished entrepreneur with 15 years of success in the information technology, consulting, staffing, and recruitment process outsourcing industries. As a project manager/consultant and recruitment specialist, Mr. Hill has managed and placed contract and full-time professionals in positions ranging from entry-level to executive management.

Mr. Hill's clients include firms within the following industries: Information Technology, Medical/Healthcare, Consulting, Green Initiatives/Renewable Energies, Banking/Financial Services, Transportation, Bio-Technology, Pharmaceutical, Legal, and Retail.

Alison Trachtman Hill, PhD, MPA

Founding Partner

Dr. Alison Trachtman Hill is a results-oriented management professional with 15 years of experience working in project management, program design and implementation, and workshops and training.

Dr. Hill holds a BA (magna cum laude) in Spanish and Women's Studies from Tufts University. She earned a Master of Public Administration from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs, with concentration in Non-Profit Business Management. Dr. Hill completed her PhD in sociology at The Graduate Center, City University of New York (CUNY).

Currently, Dr. Ali is filling the role of CEO at the Denver JCC.

Alison Trachtman Hill, PhD, MPA

Founding Partner

Dr. Alison Trachtman Hill is a results-oriented management professional with 15 years of experience working in project management, program design and implementation, and workshops and training.

Dr. Hill holds a BA (magna cum laude) in Spanish and Women's Studies from Tufts University. She earned a Master of Public Administration from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs, with concentration in Non-Profit Business Management. Devin Jeffres

Operations Manager

Devin is our in-house Operation Manager, she keeps the office in check. Whether she's maintaining communication between departments or ensuring projects meet deadlines she keeps the organization running like a well-oiled machine. Her background is in N/A Beverage Sales, Telecom Marketing, and both Technical and Non-Technical Startups. She brings an eclectic skill set to the table that allows Sound Advice to continue disrupting the Denver and New York Markets with an edgy flare. Devin has her BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and Advertising from William Woods University in Fulton, MO.

Devin lives in Denver, enjoys anything outside, live music, and spending time with her 4lb Chihuahua.


Danielle Goodman, CPA

Bookkeeping Manager | CFO

Danielle Goodman is an accomplished accountant with over 10 years of success in accounting and finance. She has helped many companies from start-ups to multi-million dollar enterprises, within various industries, from non-profits to manufacturing, achieve their goals. She has also managed highly leveraged companies and small start ups, by putting the necessary policies and procedures in place to create a healthy and accurate set of financial statements.

Danielle holds BAs in Accounting and Economics from the University of Colorado, Boulder.

Bookkeeping Manager | CFO

Danielle Goodman is an accomplished accountant with over 10 years of success in accounting and finance. Margo Aaron

Senior Marketing Strategist

Margo Aaron is an experienced marketing and brand strategist with a background in the psychology of human behavior and market research. She has worked with numerous Fortune 500 retailers including Walmart, Target, Kroger, and CVS, as well as many of the leading consumer packaged goods brands (including Starbucks, Georgia Pacific, Campbell’s, Motts, and McCormick).

Aaron believes everything begins and ends with the customer. When you understand your customer, you can reverse engineer the outcomes you need to grow your business and your impact.

Aaron holds a B.A. in Literature from Emory University and an M.A. in Psychology from Columbia University. She is trained as a direct response copywriter and strategic planner.

Margo likes Earth Science documentaries and hates running but does it anyway #fitness #squadgoals.


Liana Riddle

Operations Assistant

Liana is our Operations Assistant. She makes sure that everyone has their t's crossed and their i's dotted. Her background has been primarily been concentrated on working with Boutique Consulting firms so she fits right in at Sound Advice. With her can do spirit and task oriented mindset she is a vital asset to our in house operations.

Liana has her BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Colorado Denver. Liana considers herself to be a connoisseur of bread and enjoys any and all outdoors activities.

Chris Gibson

Controller/Senior Bookkeeper

Chris Gibson is an expert bookkeeper with more than 20 years of experience. He has tended the books for many small to mid-sized companies, including IT Professionals, Financial/Insurance Consultants and Start-up Tech Firms. Chris is an expert user of QuickBooks on the desktop, online, PC and MAC platforms. His attention to detail and dedication to transparency provide clients with the knowledge and confidence they need to grow their businesses.

Mr. Gibson holds a BFA from New York University in TV/Film. He is also certified in QuickBooks Real World Training.
