CONTRACT CONSULTING

With 2.5Mil+ people on our books, and another 5+ Million connections, we can find the right consultant, contractor or freelancer for you at the drop of a hat. It’s simple; you just pay for their time. Done and done.

What this means: If you’re a start-up, this may or may not be for you. However, given that you pay only when the meter’s running, this is a great option for filling a short-term niche on projects.


DIRECT HIRE/ PERMANENT PLACEMENT

This is probably the service you think of when you think of recruitment. It’s the regular coffee, the burger and fries. It’s what it says on the label. You tell us what you want, we go find it. And we don’t just leave it at that. As with all our services, we’ll help on-board the candidate and get you all situated.

What this means: Full-time hires are usually made in one of two ways - contract to hire (which enables the firm to try the resource before hiring him/her as a full-time employee), or direct hire placement. In both cases, Sound Advice will work with you to identify the appropriate resource, whom we define as a person who has the technical and/or business skills needed to meet the job requirement, and who is a cultural fit within your business environment.

CONTRACT TO HIRE

Like a candidate, but don’t want to commit straight away? That’s why we offer contract to hire. Take them for a test drive. Try before you buy. Fall in love.

What this means: The candidate becomes a consultant of Sound Advice and we put them on our payroll for a mutually agreed trial period – typically three, six or twelve months. We pay them and bill you, giving you the freedom to decide over time.

When we find the perfect person for you, we bill you a percentage fee of their annual salary. And we only get paid if we find that person.
